Can I buy your books from my local store?
You can certainly order your book through any decent bookstore quoting the relevant ISBN. However they may make a charge for this and it will take longer for you to get your book. Ordering direct from us would be much quicker and also give you an extra fuzzy feeling from knowing that you are directly supporting the brave men and women that do the hard work of writing our books.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard.
Yes, we use Paypal to process all of our payments. We do not accept e-cheques however.
Does that mean I need a Paypal account?
No, not at all. You can just enter your card details as normal without having an account or the need to register.
What will appear on my credit card / bank statement?
The charge will have the reference: PAYPAL *HSBOOKS
$3.99 for within the UK, $5.99 for all other countries in the EU. Everywhere else (US, Australia etc): $9.99.
It will lovingly be placed in a plain, discreet bubble-wrapped packet and sent Royal Mail first class if you are in the UK and Royal Mail Airmail to everywhere else.
Do you sell, rent or do anything with my details?
Absolutely not! We hate spam as much as you and treat your privacy very seriously. We promise never to give your details to anyone, ever.
Some of your books are about things that might be illegal in some countries though.
Neither Headstuff Books nor its employees are affiliated with any law enforcement agency, period. We do not and will not share or sell customer details regarding enquiries or purchases to any external body.
